Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product availability
  • order volume
  • supplier processing times
  • holidays or peak seasons

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

In the EU, products are estimated to be delivered within 6-10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing
  • carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • high shipping demand
  • local delivery disruptions
  • international transit issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.


Tracking Information

Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.

In some cases, tracking updates may appear delayed while the package is in transit between international shipping facilities.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This may occur when:

  • products are shipped from different fulfillment centers
  • items are processed separately
  • certain products require different shipping methods

You may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • failed deliveries due to customer errors
  • packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify shipping details.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at voltfit.store.2026@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfilment provider to investigate the issue.

Please note:

  • delivery delays do not automatically qualify for refunds
  • packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered
  • customers may be asked to contact their local postal service for additional verification

Claims for lost packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
