Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for customers located in the European Union, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received
- the item must be in its original packaging
- proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
To request a return, please contact us at voltfit.store.2026@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send items back to any address without receiving return instructions from us first.
We do not accept unauthorised returns or returns sent to our business or personal address. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or lost and will not qualify for a refund.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and, where applicable, the designated return address provided by our fulfilment partners.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect or was not delivered.
For certain low-cost items, we may choose to issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if:
- your item arrives damaged
- your item is defective
- you received the wrong item
- items are missing from your order
To process your claim, we may request:
- your order number
- photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- packaging photos, where applicable
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us at voltfit.store.2026@gmail.com.
Orders may qualify for a replacement or refund in cases of the following:
- confirmed delivery failure
- lost shipments
- extended transit delays
Claims for lost orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- used or worn items
- personalized or custom-made products
- gift cards
- sale items
- hygiene or personal care products where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right:
- you must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- items must be unused and in original condition
- items must include original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note:
- return instructions must first be obtained from us
- returns sent without authorization will not be accepted
- we do not accept returns sent directly to our personal or business address
- certain products may be exempt from withdrawal rights where permitted by law, including personalized or hygiene-sensitive goods
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Refunds may be refused if:
- the returned item shows signs of use
- the item is returned in unsuitable condition
- the return request falls outside the applicable return period
- sufficient evidence for damaged or missing item claims is not provided
